Is there retail space in the ground floor on the left or just parking?

Here's the website.
https://www.sohoflats.ca/

I think it's amenity space on the main floor. Maybe suites? Parking outside in the back.

Edit: Ya looks like it must be suites based on the floor plans and 88 unit number.

It's nice that they built that apartment block there but man, of all the spots to build something new. A block away from the city's largest homeless shelter and a block and a half from a big drunk tank and the Main Street strip. Good on the developer for taking it on, but it feels like they've dialed the marketing difficulty up to 11 with that one.

^ good to see that area get some development. It seems like an obvious choice, but for whatever reason it is so underused right now.

I always wondered why that lot was empty. Seems like prime real estate on a major transit/commuting route.

Probably the same reason that’s typical, someone holding out for way more than the actual present value of the lot

Is that huge parking lot on the river side for deer lodge? Seems like a waste.

It's the nice grassy one that i'm surprised the community wasn't out crying "would someone think of the children" and "why destroy the last piece of natural grass-land, home to snails, caterpillars, lady bugs etc"

Yes Paragon
