Good point. Let's get a great owner that ultimately produces a championship and builds something by the arena.

Thinking further, having the north half of the block just west of the arena ready to go for development is one of the selling points for Sarver, but could also be one of the pieces that makes it more attractive for a buyer (among many).

The suns have a very popular brand and a decent record, shouldn't be hard to find a good new owner.

Requirements for the new owner should be:
-Good at demolition of historic properties and
-Good at surface parking development.

Will not consider any others who don't posses those qualities!
