A four-story boutique hotel will have a mix of commercial and hospitality spaces. The structure will have a stucco facade built on a zero-lot-line to utilize the maximum leasable square feet.

Goodwin Apartments & Springdale Green. Pearl Springdale will be on the lot between the two.

Zoning change request for "Denny's Condos". Application states 250 condos planned for the lot currently occupied by a Denny's across I35 from the Erwin center. Maybe there is hope for the IHOP lot on Cesar Chavez after all!!

I like the diner architecture, I know it's not authentic and it's just a Denny's but I hope they can find some way to preserve it or relocate it elsewhere!

Meet the Denny’s Condo Tower, Rising 18 Floors Near Downtown Austin

https://austin.towers.net/meet-the-d...wntown-austin/

Austin’s late-night dining scene ain’t what it once was. In a post-pandemic world where usual suspects like Kerbey Lane and Magnolia Cafe shutter up tight at 10 p.m., Ken’s Donuts pushes daisies, and 24 Diner is more like 16 Diner, your options past closing time have recently turned less local — so the question becomes whether you’re an IHOP or a Denny’s kind of person. (Visit the IHOP near Rainey Street after the bars close on a weekend and you’ll come away with the impression that everyone in the building deserves to be paid at least $100 an hour and issued a stun gun.)

At the very least Epoch and Bennu started staying open 24 hrs as they're known for. That's worth something.

Site plan for an office project with restaurant and retail to replace the large-ish Borden Dairy industrial site at 71 Strandtman Cv near the intersection of CC/7th/183/Airport. That area seems to be on fire since the completion of the Toll Rd.

Such an amazing site!! Wish this area had great entitlements that allowed for the amounts of housing it wants to hold... We'll likely hear some NIMBY cries here if they go for a PUD rezoning.

I'm stunned by how quickly Springdale Green has been going up. Like, it is mind-blowing. It makes me wonder why skyscraper constructions can't move as quickly.

Also, it's going to be amazing when finished. I'm very jealous of homeowners in that neighborhood.

That corten steel facade on Juno looks really great. I hope more buildings follow suit. It gives a very "Chicago warehouse" feel, in a good way.
