Any timeline for 315 n. May demo? Have any permits gone through? I haven't seen floor plans for the parking but saw that both building were sharing so I'm curious how that works?

The website to check permit applications seems to be broken at the moment (missing permits, info for some pending permits has been erased). Once the website is fixed, I can check if 315 N May has scheduled demo permits.

Well that's supposed to be office and I'm guessing the developer may want to fill the space they've already built.
