ATLANTA | Novel Midtown | 14 & 12 FLOORS

Summary
Part of a new mixed-use development at 14th and Spring Street, Novel Midtown offers 338 luxury apartment units in 14 stories overlooking the downtown connector. A 250,000 sf glass-clad office tower, designed by HKS, sits to the North and shares four levels of podium parking with the 360,000 sf residential tower. Ground-level retail activates the streetscape and significant pedestrian connection is anticipated with the nearby Whole Foods Market. Plaza level amenities include a ride-share lounge, fitness center and resident coffee bar. Once complete, a Skydeck atop the residential tower will offer sweeping urban views and indoor/outdoor space ideal for entertaining and community events.

Whats on the existing parcel now? Is this replacing something or is it vacant land?

A massive setback from 14th Street for giant highway billboards? What the actual f***. This looks like a student project.
