Zilch on 145 N Damen, I drove past yesterday. Just a big snowy field. I think it's difficult for them because of the Green Line project - they have no site access. Damen is narrowed down to one lane and that block of Lake is totally closed and fenced off. Probably need the station work to get further along before Brinshore starts on 145 N Damen.

The new Green Line stop is also crawling along, but they are supposed to start putting in platform steel in the next month or two. Right now they're still doing subgrade work on the stationhouse and reinforcing the existing column footings under the L structure.
