Sunday 5/31/2020 - lots of work on the skin today which is unusual for a Sunday.

Wonder if so many people living on that block is going to have a positive effect on Mid-Market. Ever since this project was approved I've hoped so.

I'm a bit more hopeful given the other projects also underway in the area: 1066 Market, 1028 Market, Serif, and this one (and even 5M and the Hub projects, at the fringes) all coming online around the same time should have a significant cumulative effect. one would hope.

That groundfloor Whole Foods should make a huge impact on the street vibe alone.

In all, it's pretty amazing to think that the projects you mentioned will bring nearly 1000 new residents to this small stretch.

I count 1233 units across the four projects, which I think would equate to something like 2000+ people?

8/19/2020 - there are interesting wood frames on the roof. It will be interesting to see what these look like. I don't think any of this will be visible from the street. Trinity Place IV

Looks like planter boxes for a rooftop terrace.

Pretty sure those are concrete forms for rooftop terrace landscaping and will dissappear soon after the pour hardens.

I'm surprised they are still there--a month should be enough you would think. But actually, what's there now may be serving some other purpose--it's much less substantial than what was there immediately during and after the pour (in other words, they already removed much of the supporting scaffolding).

08/26/2020 - wooden forms were removed yesterday revealing what is probably space for plants.

9/5/2020 - I have long been curious about some odd things on the corner of the building, like a concrete column with rebar sticking out of the top of it. It appears that wooden forms are for a staircase!

Whole Foods in Trinity Place IV

At last a look inside of Trinity Place IV. I look forward to having this store one block from the Fox Plaza! I had not realized that the store would be below the street level like the one off of Market Street downtown. I plucked this image from Facebook today.
