^ Cause Vinci's being so fast at building this whole thing, not joking around about their new headquarters.
You can see by watching dates in this thread.

They actually picked an interesting location. The surroundings have been significantly changing over the past 10 years and will be served by line E of the mighty RER network as of 2022. It will stop at Nanterre - La Folie, a station that was originally assigned to freight.

All of this should substantially increase business and the average value of real estate over that spot of the metro area, that wasn't so interesting before.
