The site plan calls for 125 apartments, 90,960 square feet of office space, 5,580 square feet of commercial space and 298 parking spaces. There would be two blocks of office space, first on floors two through four and then on floors 14 through 20. The apartments would be on floors six through 11. The 12th floor would have amenities for both residents and office users.
The project would have 120 studio and one-bedroom apartments, plus five two-bedroom apartments.
The developer is seeking a workforce housing density bonus, essentially allowing a boost in residential density in exchange for reserving 10% of the apartments as workforce housing for people making 140% of area median income. The median household income in Miami-Dade is $57,815.
