This is right down the block from the Guitar Hotel. One of the things that is so striking about the giant guitar is that it is so isolated. There is nothing more than a few stories for miles around and then boom a 500 foot guitar.

Exactly what I was thinking. I believe the light show faces south or else that could potentially be an annoying view. This is basically a pop up suburban skyline. After all, there is no available land here in Broward County.

The type of density that is needed. Just need several 1000s of these across the region.

We'll see even more of these developments pop up around the end of summer with the new housing bill passed!

^^^

I'm excited. South Florida is one to watch. Just in general. All the action.

With the land constraints the way they are, the push for density, high growth... Miami-Dade and Broward are set to densify big time! The extension of the regional rail will help (increase node potential).

Yeah summer should be good. And also once the risk is a little lower assuming rates go down and should inflation be reduced, on for some good boom times.

Slightly redesigned towers with a different podium design and alternated balcony arrangement. Also, some towers look to be chopped by a few floors.
