Seeing 'Design Study' on the renderings is a lil bit of a 'thing' because that usually means that's not the final design of the project...although I hope I'm wrong because I really like how this looks right now.

I am super excited to wander around the West Loop now when it gets warm and take all of this in. Having been there last Summer, you could sense the change, but I feel like this Summer will be even crazier.
