New designs and plans haven't come out. Back in 2016 they were talking 17-stories, but we'll be getting something bigger than that. Hopefully we'll be hearing something in the near future.

Seeing 'Design Study' on the renderings is a lil bit of a 'thing' because that usually means that's not the final design of the project...although I hope I'm wrong because I really like how this looks right now.

good height (of course wish it were taller), nice coloring in contrast to the surrounding buildings, but goddamn I wish this alternating panels thing wasn't such a ubiquitous way this city dresses up glass boxes. You don't need to "break up the massing" of a building. It's a building, let it be there!
Well, every building doesn't need to be a large, hulking block. There are plenty of reasons to 'break up the massing', not just aesthetic ones either.

I am super excited to wander around the West Loop now when it gets warm and take all of this in. Having been there last Summer, you could sense the change, but I feel like this Summer will be even crazier.
