He 100% does, bet these towers had no effect on the price of his condo either.

Honestly, probably worth more given the rapid price appreciation in the central area, as well as the growth of Fulton Market/River West near where his condo is located

Took a walk across the river there for the first time since late summer 2019. So much better with the handful new skyscrapers there than the crapiness from when Jarta was around trying to block most of it with frivolous law suits.

Guy from this forum who lived in a condo building across the river and complained that his views would be blocked because of Wolf Point development and property values would plummet as a result. That condo board tried to sue to block the original Wolf Point West tower from being built (and subsequently the other 2 buildings) for those reasons (from what I remember). I think they also claimed the approval process was "unconstitutional"

Judge threw the suit out of court because they don't have property rights that extend like 300 feet across the river (duh) and because the process was fair. The rest is history and thus we're almost complete, finally, with that whole development.

Eat a dick Jarta! Have fun being buried in a sea of towers. One upside of the Cassidy development, boxing Jarta in more. Maybe the city will also install one of those LED billboards on the riverwalk right outside his window too.

It was pretty bad when it was just blank concrete walls for the first couple of decades...
