Photo update from today, 8/27. I’d say the garage is about 1/3 of the way down. Making slow and steady progress.

considering they recently redesigned the lower level to accommodate a high paying CVS I doubt it's going anywhere.

Yep, I had previously said I don't like those balconies like that. Glad they redesigned the project; it now looks more cohesive.

I agree the design looks really good,and it blends well with the city. I do wish it was slightly taller, but it will add so much density its fine being infill to me.

They're prepping for a massive concrete pour in the next day or two. The base of the main crane is also in place as of today.
