This project appeared in the TDLR database in December 2021, and much of the subsequent info comes from the HAIF thread that was created the same day. The developer is US Living / VeroSade and The Preston Partnership is the architect.

13-story tall residential tower (9 levels of residential units on 4 levels of podium/parking garage- 575 spaces) that includes 386 units. There are residential units at Level 4 that wrap the NW corner of the Garage. A total of 344,626 SF of leasable unit area with 26,500 SF of outdoor amenity/terrace area at Level 5. There is no GFR planned at this time.
Construction is expected to begin in September 2022 and end by October 2024.

Houston zoning is so wild. Just ploppin' 13-story buildings in the middle of single family homes and town homes. Not that I'm complaining.
