270 Park is 200 X 400, compared to the 200 X 350 here.

This is also bigger in the sense of space:

2,850,004 ft² for The Spiral versus 2,420,610 ft² for 270 Park.

Just for comparison, 1 WTC has 3,501,274 ft².

I believe construction is exempt. One of the few sectors that is essential.
