The elevations might be a bit off, but I'll notify if there's any change.

Total: 695 Units

Architect - Arquitectonica.
Developer - DFW 18, LLC (Cymbal)

16,700 SQFT Retail
13,150 SQFT Restaurant
4,600 SQFT Cafe
1,582 Parking Spaces. Developers took advantage of parking reduction, although the spaces still seem excessive.

Considering its condos supplemented by a hotel, with the current market, its rise is very much real. Ft Lauderdale is booming, almost a Miami style boom way things are going.

There’s a deficit of housing here and if nothing is built prices will continue to be more ridiculous than San Francisco and Manhattan. It’s become so unaffordable to live here and becoming a NIMBY is unknowingly making things worse for NIMBYs. This project is downtown where high rises should be.

Perhaps the more and more people are in walkable areas the more our Capital located 7hrs away will take notice we need mass transit funding.

595 feet, 446 feet, and 386 feet are the official heights, however, based on the diagrams they'll be subject to FAA and their approval.

The original heights came from this diagram, which I'm still confused about what it's showing. If anybody can explain that'll be great. -

These don't account for the elevation. Title was updated.

It will be sad to see the Pirates Republic restaurant go. It's a great spot with amazing food (featured on Food Network a few times).

Sorry for hearing that the restaurant will close, but I believe that in 20 years, Ft Lauderdale will be a different city, not necessarily bigger than Miami, but a bigger regional city that will complement Miami and South FL. I can also see that island south of downtown Ft Lauderdale being mostly either high-rises and mid-rises in 20 years. Hopefully, Ft Lauderdale and much of Broward County can also have a mass transit system that can complement it's growth.

That’s ridiculous. New Yorkers are a part of the fabric of South Florida. Go to Boca, and you’ll think you’re in a tropical version of Nassau County.
