Very true.

I think it will get generate some 'what city is this?' type curiosity when people post some photos of it to social media and elsewhere.
I see a lot of people photographing the confluence even though people here feel like there's too much glass. It looks a lot more diverse up close. People really seem to love River Point with it's reflection of the river + the new Calatrava statue.
