I really hope the growing momentum in this area can finally push it over the top. Having 401 North Broad and the Inquirer building back in full use should go a long way to activate the street a bit more around here.

It's just so weird to me how development is pushing north of Leigh in the Riverwards, but this neighborhood continues to be under developed and dead. Especially because there are some good restaurants/bars tucked in around the neighborhood.

I'm excited for this project. Good looking building and will be a huge boost for N. Broad.

Love this project.

I would say steel framing for residential buildings can be common for smaller builds. Usually a lot of projects under 20 floors are steel framed.

What's the stuff they spray on the steel beams? Like the lowrise portion of the Laurel project in Rittenhouse Sq.

Also means no need for concrete deliveries, pouring and finishing on site.

Damn, Tony — if you are going to start updating with aerials, well - I will just be overjoyed. Top notch shots.

I visited Philly on 07/16/2022 for the Union game and was able to snap this photo from N Broad & Spring Garden. Not the best shot but the building is definitely becoming noticeable!
