Does the FAA put a cap on the height of the towers in the CBD due to the proximity to Logan?

I think so but (correct me if I'm wrong) there are certain areas where one could still theoretically build 900-1000 feet. At least I remember reading that somewhere.

Boston's tallest is only 790' so a 9-950' tower would still make an amazing impact on this underrated skyline with lots of potential.

It's pretty insane when you think about the transformation that's occured on the north end of downtown and across the Charles River in the last 5-10 years. All those 10-20 story buildings in the foreground are wrapping up as well...
