Guess I'm a little confused. I thought floor 95/1450' was the highest occupied floor (penthouse) is that not the case? It would seem not judging by the lighting strips beginning at that level and the "EMR" designation.

They have the highest occupied unit as a tri-level penthouse on levels 91-93. Everything above is mechanical.

If you look closely on the east side of CPT, it looks like there's lighting at each "tier", as well as each of the top floors!
