To put a slightly finer point on this, their story said that about the crane. The tower itself is still a fair amount shorter

If we go by elevation, One Chicago would actually be around the same height as Central Park Tower

I really wish we could flip flop this with the Salesforce Tower and put One Chicago at the confluence of the river.

By that metric, I'm pretty sure this is the tallest building in the USA:

Counted 30 as well. That means the taller building has been growing by about 8 floors the past two months. If it keeps up the same pace, the building should top out January/February
