ORW renderings for potential future Lithia HQ expansion downtown. They have also recently purchased and are demolishing the Sam Jennings building to make way for a new parking lot that could one day serve as a lot for new apartments. ( https://www.orwarchitecture.com/lithia-south )
New 3-story, 32 unit apartment complex off E. Barnett Rd. designed by ORW architecture (https://www.orwarchitecture.com/) expected to begin construction late 2019. This is just one of many in the sudden demand for “Pacific Northwest-Styled” apartments in the Medford area.

Lots going on. Thanks for the updates! That SkyPark proposal...whew, that's bad.
No problem! This forum has been dead for a while so I thought I’d add to it. And I agree, it’s ugly and not near as dense as it should be for a downtown residential building. There are some changes that are expected in the new proposal that I will post as soon as the city releases them so let’s hope for the best lol.

Would be interesting to see how the project evolves. Like, perhaps some retail on the bottom floor?
I don't have any visibility on Medford's development so your posts are appreciated!

The project’s developer allowed the city to retain rights to the parking lot below so that they may construct retail should they decide to. And anything I can do to help!
ORW renderings for likely aquatics/event center to be built in West Medford. Developers have already contacted the city of Medford to construct hotels in the area. The facility consists of a large basketball court, two pools (one being olympic-sized), two large waterslides, splash pads and a lazy river. If built, this, alongside US Cellular Park, would once again make Medford a premier sports destination. Extra land has been set aside for future expansions in hopes to build Redding-like waterslides.

Renderings for Asante’s new $64 million regional cancer center that is a part of a $1 billion dollar expansion in the Medford area. Construction has already begun and is expected to finish later this winter.
