Got to be NYS newest skyline. Excellent location for commuting into Manhattan. New Rochelle is sleepy no more.

Great photos, thank you for posting. New Rochelle certainly looks like it is booming but those surface parking lots surrounding this building look like they are also ripe for development.

That Holiday Inn is a real turd. I can't beleive thats new construction - lools like a revamp of a weird 1980s office building.
