Floor slabs are now visible from the Walt Whitman Bridge, and to my shock this tower will be seen from Broad Street

The core of the tower can now be seen from my spot in New Jersey, on the far right. It's gonna be fun watching another tower rise from here

the core is up to floor 13 or so by my count- this is going to be very visible from all angles.

Im quite excited for this, how much will this stand out overall? It should be a bit above the average height for the area right? So maybe it will poke out a bit.
I also wonder what this will look like at night, id love to see the elaborate light schemes travel down this way too.

Floors are currently 14 stories up, while the core is 17 stories. Next time I go to my NJ spot I presume I should be able to see the floors

yes, this is huge for the area. It basically equal the new Jefferson wavey building; and is about 100 ft higher than the Jessup building which is finishing up about 2 blocks north. No doubt there will be other 300 fters in Market East/Gayborhood in the coming years but this will look real nice.

Random question, but what is the average height between slabs for this project and similar residential projects?
