new condo proposal on the east side of downtown called The London -- 19 floors, 335 feet, which would make it a new tallest by 12 feet.

Nice update, thanks!

Looking forward to having that park done, too. I don't get downtown much these days, so I'll be curious to see how all of the east side condo projects are coming along... and the St Luke's expansion, too.

Couple of new renderings of two proposals. Both images from weknowboise.com.

The first is of the Senior Living building on River Street, south side of downtown. This project has been approved.

Second one is of Whitewater and Main, on the western edge of downtown in an area that's already seen some new development.

Here are some recent aerials of downtown from Shutterstock that show progress on the 11th and Idaho building.

Looks like the BoDo redevelopment is about to begin. The brick building in the foreground that looks like a gymnasium will be converted to an upscale food hall and the facade redone to reflect the historic nature of that district.

photo is from Sawtooth, which also shows some of the ongoing development activity on the east side of downtown:

and here's a rendering of the redesign:

More activity and proposals on the way.

A new boutique hotel is being proposed for the west side, from the same developer that's working on the new food hall mentioned above. Currently reported to be 7 floors, but they're in the early stages of design.

Also, construction has begun on another residential development along Myrtle downtown. Financing has been received and activity on the site is underway. This is the 5th new residential development along Myrtle, all of them between 5 and 7 floors; one has been completed, and three are nearing completion.

Recent rendering:

Rendering is from the story here: https://rebusinessonline.com/local-v...owntown-boise/

A new, multi-building proposal for the West End, as reported by Boisedev.com.

Ranging up to 7 floors, his one has a pretty large footprint; it's too bad they didn't go for more height on a smaller footprint, but this is in the initial phases so there will likely be changes.

Story and additional renderings on Boisedev.com. Here's a large rendering from that article:

the proposal above sits across the street from another large proposed residential complex, which was reported last year, though I haven't heard any updates since then.

rendering is from the Idaho Statesman:

thanks for the updates!

Speaking of updates, the new Warehouse Food Hall project has broken ground, with some newly released renderings.

According to the story on KTVB, it'll include over 20 food vendors (local restaurants, wineries and microbreweries) and retailers.

Project is slated to be completed in 2022, at which time the new developer will break ground on a new boutique hotel.

all renderings are from the KTVB story linked above:

7-floor apartment building has been approved on the NW edge of downtown. The design won't win any awards, but it does replace an old gas station and will add much-needed density to that corner of downtown.

image from Boisedev:

also from Boisedev, the Idaho Transportation Department may move their operations and redevelop the property on State Street into a more high-density residential on the western edge of downtown.
