No height released yet, just rumours that it will be only marginally taller than the next tallest (247m), so we are all hoping for at least 260. I want this tower to break the 900' (275m) mark personally.

A supertall would be nice to have, but 270m tower might be the best fit currently in terms of being noticeably taller than the next set of towers, while still having a well proportioned skyline.

At this height, we'd have our tallest at 270m, then various clusters at each ~30m shorter increments.

Apparently, the unofficial height is 61 storeys at 262m, I could live with that

Sounds like the design could be have been altered - let's hope this is just more conceptual to illustrate the scale and general idea of the project .. I'll take more curves with a better crown and more detailed street level orientation, please!

Even with this design, now that we know it's 262 meters, it's fine. If they put a lighting feature up the spines on the tower and integrate it with the crown, this could be a really nice building. That said, I'd be fine with a modernised redesign as well.

At 262m it would be #200 in the world or #4 in Canada! That's impressive!

I think the crown can be enhanced, with the fins reaching up higher to add a few more meters to the height. Lit well, they could be a nice counter-point to the BP crown when looking across the entire skyline.. Currently the Oxford design that we've seen is overly utilitarian in this regard.

Like many others feel, I like the design, but it needs to be taller. The location should demand a noticeably taller building than anything built, or under construction at the moment. Should be at least +270m. If it was, I would have no issue.

EDIT: If it turns about to be ~262m, that's fine too.

262m makes me like this tower more. Make it 275 and I really like it.

I don't care how tall it is or now nice it looks, if it's not mixed use or have nice street level interaction then it needs to go back to the drawing board

262 ehhhhhh? I can definitely live with that!

That height 10 years ago in this city would have only been a pipe dream. Having said that... 275 would be better!

Looking stubby, maybe it's best if Oxford holds on to that lot for a bit until the pipelines and LNG boom get going.

It doesn't look 262m to me. It looks about the same height as the Bow.

Maybe they've re-jigged the design to make it 262 meters......
