Does anyone have any renders of what the park in front of The Bow will look like? There was a news article about it a while back, but I can't find it.

Looks like new urban has some land next to the bus barns at the eastern edge of the Beltline. No renders yet, but i'm sure we'll see something soon.

Well if the map is correct, McPherson Place and they've made progress on the Fairfield Inn.

The one site highlighted is. My guess they are either partnered with BL or sold it to him. That map is from last year so its possible it has changed hands in some way.

I've found a couple articles but no renders.

The public plaza - to be built this summer - will feature a wood deck in the southwest corner of the property, at 7th Avenue S.E. and Centre Street. It will include benches, planters and trees and 5,000 to 6,000 square feet of space for public use. The sidewalk will be expanded and a seating area added along 6th Avenue S.E. across The Bow.

That’ll be a great place to watch Telus Sky go up, and to admire The Bow. I wonder if they’ll be able to park food trucks in there? Two or three food trucks would turn that into a great outdoor lunch spot. Maybe add a few buskers as well. I wonder what you could do with it in the evenings? Street theatre?

Oh didn't know the Orchard site was that far east. Does Torode still own the West Arriva site?

New Urban does I believe. Torode lost that all in the bankruptcy.

Hopefully New Urban can get something major going there. Haha, maybe they'll move the Club Sport over there since the city is making it impossible to move the Enoch House!

I really liked the West Arrival proposal, breaks up the point tower look while still having a big city vibe to it.

Can somebody message New Urban on twitter and ask them when they intend to get started on this project and ClubSport?
