Greystar is putting out some really classic looking projects this cycle. I hope this one happens, too. Great street level engagement going on. Will be curious if the site plan includes the existing brick building or not.

The site is so small this project definitely demolishes all of the existing buildings on site.

Photos please

With the coronavirus causing people to work from home, now is a great opportunity for some of you to drive around the city taking photos of all the new projects. I would do it but..well, I'd rather you do it for me. Thanks in advance.

Probably need to do it soon as a temp lockdown would seem the inevitable next step as every other country has done to stop its spread.

Curious in funding news with all the money the CDC got and will likely get in the future, that has to be a positive for ATL.

Their main campus has had a 3,000-space parking deck under construction for a few months as they have been space-constrained for a while. Design & construction would go faster there as they don't have to follow state & local laws, so when they do start, it should move quickly.

Planned 32-story Buckhead tower features a Ritz-Carlton hotel

The project would be developed just north of Phipps Plaza mall.

Does anyone else find it odd that Phipps area is getting all of the good designs and Lenox is sorta stagnant....? Especially considering the fact that Lenox is right between two Marta stations.

Bloop...lol. I love the fact that it's following the model of shifting away from a mall into a lifestyle center/urban center. I wish Lenox would do this sooner than later, instead of pussyfooting around. That land is too valuable, high profile and vastly under utilized.

They gave some vague plans for their parking lots for year-- the Hyatt Centric seems to be the first one to come to fruition. I would have thought that more would have happened by now-- the Lenox parking lots are certainly some of the most desirable sites in town-- We will see, I wouldn't be surprised to see a stall of 3-6 month for any not already under construction new projects, and a brave (changed) new world after that--

This isn't part of the redevelopment of Phipps though, this is about a block and a half North next to Wieuca Baptist and the 3630 Tower.

I've heard from several people that when the Phipps reno/expansion is completed, Simon is turning it's attention to Lenox in a very big way. They know the value of those surface lots, believe me that they definitely want to unlock that value.

I think it is actually further up across Peachtree Dunwoody from 3630

I wish Lenox would implode and they would start over on development.
