Thanks! It looks better, and will hopefully look good IRL. The lot has been cleared for sure. I just went by there again yesterday. Maybe they will wait until construction finishes on the gargantudeck? I am not sure where they would put their equipment to get this thing built.

Speaking of Dezhu, one of their apartments on Parkway and Boulevard is a floor from being topped out. You can see it while walking the EST,

Solid project with good street presence. Can't wait for Peachtree Pl to reopen though.
