South core has jumped again. Now fully above street level along with the north core. I believe they will likely jump the cranes before they jump the north core again. Looks like the north crane would only just barely clear the pump boom on the north core once it goes up another level.

Happened to catch them lifting the pump boom for the south core in to place.

The entire site is now up to at least the 2nd garage level.

Second garage level is complete across the whole site. Big pour on the top garage level today. You can see that the curved walls for the valet ramp are in at the NW corner.

Looks like they're getting pretty close to jumping the north core again. Again, I think the cranes need to jump as well before the cores can go up any further. Crane jumps coming this weekend maybe? First portion of the plaza looks like it should be poured soon as well.

North core has jumped again. The entire site is now up to plaza level. First columns for the first floor above grade were poured today. They must be jumping these cranes soon. They've had to fold the north concrete boom down to avoid hitting it with the crane.

People visit the page, just not a lot of comments. But this is exciting as it's one of the taller towers to be built in Minneapolis in some time. This should get interesting now that they are at grade. Looks like they are continuing with steel-reinforced concrete, and not steel beams, which is interesting as this has a pretty significant office component to it.

Yes, this project and Eleven (http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=232913) are the two tallest buildings to be built in Minneapolis since Capella Tower (http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=2491) was completed 28 years ago!

Great to see the progress. The weather is improving, and it will only speed things up. Very exciting! Agree with the earlier comments, not a lot of exciting stuff happening.

I work south of downtown in a tall building and have a perfect view of the skyline. Really needs some more love!

Lots of 1st floor columns up now, first sections of form work for the 2nd floor in place. Sections of small trusses on site that appear likely to be used to increase the height of the mini crane?
