has the version of the render dwarfing the existing towers. I don't know if it's been since shrunk or was just poorly scaled in the image itself.

The City shreds/shredded the plans after construction, as they're technically not city property anyways.
The NADG proposed tower in the link was something like 375' in height. So that would explain that specific rendering. But even the Will Bruder renderings were showing it grossly towering over AZ Center.

That shows the height at 375' and 31 floors. If the current plan is 292' and 28 floors, then it's definitely going to look shorter compared to the other buildings.

Is the building topped off now? Kinda looks like it from the cameras…

Yep...and not any taller than APS

Still going to be a good-looking tower though. Just wish it was 50' taller.

Int it slightly taller?

But either way this building turned out way better than I expected it would based on the renderings.

Pleasantly surprised!

By about 3 feet at most...unless you count the penthouse. But coming in from Van Burren, the roof height is clearly about the same height as APS.

To me, if I remember correctly, seems there are still about 3 floors of elevator shaft at the moment sticking up above the top built floor?

That would be the penthouse that I mentioned. However, Palmtower is topped out and will not be going any higher.

I wish I had an answer on that. I'm not exactly sure what enforcement the city has when it comes to mechanical screenings. As for Palm, I'm not sure of what kind of screening (if any) will be going up. The renderings don't show the top very well and the renderings don't show the parapet going no more than a few feet higher than the roofline, so I don't think there will be much added height from that.

lame ass value engineering crept in big time but not nearly as egregious as losing tens of feet of height. truly a bummer that these keeps happens on supposed statement projects. something better than nothing strikes again!

When is Arizona Center going to replace their aging sign? It looks like sh*t.
