Activity on site the past week. At this point looks to be nothing more than a staging ground for Illinois Center plaza upgrades.

I really hope that this grows to at least 600 ft not even 800-1000 just 600-700 feet. I feel like that would be best for this site.

WGN reporting this morning that construction activities have commenced for this Tower. You know how the media can be...wrong all the time... can anyone confirm site work is occurring?

Good - 522 ft doesn't cut it in this neighborhood anymore

While I love seeing the closing in of the multi level streets in Illinois Center/Streeterville into underground tunnels, considering the absolute death of developable land in the area, and considering this parcel has some heavy duty zoning, I'm fine with waiting for a much denser and larger development to come along.

Its fairly out of the way as well, keeping it from becoming a major eye sore.
