^ I believe the technical - or scientific - way to say that is "when you see port-o-potties on site, shit's about to go down."

Last time I walked by last week still no activity on site- just a bunch of barricades for pedestrian chutes and a new project sign with rendering and details.

This project might need to just go back to the drawing board, especially after the height restriction.

Well being that the drilling was done in recent weeks, presumably for geological studies, they’re likely just working out the final engineering and design for the foundation based on their findings. Give them a few minutes.

It had already been redesigned to accommodate the reduced height.
