So strange. Maybe the financing looked like it was closing but something popped up and it was moved? Hard to say but it is really frustrating.

Well being that the drilling was done in recent weeks, presumably for geological studies, they’re likely just working out the final engineering and design for the foundation based on their findings. Give them a few minutes.

Financing doesn't usually move that quickly.
