Odd that their website still says nothing and I can't find any info on The Laurel or 1911 Walnut websites.

I'm hopeful, but have a feeling Equinox may not open... which would be a huge bummer.

That's good.
I have an acquaintance connected with Equinox, I will ask him and report back.

*** As an update. I can confirm that Equinox IS OPENING. Their target is late 2023!

The pictures don't do it justice but the entrance/podium of this building is really grand.

Yes - in person it gives a very luxe Restoration Hardware-vibe with the stone and black, and brass detailing. A very fitting for Rittenhouse Square.

I really hope they add that last piece of cladding midway up the building on the East side. The upside down L line that’s supposed to be there is broken up by that missing piece.

I just looked at Brian Emmons and Elevated Angles IG timelines and they have a really cool green skyline shot featuring The Laurel.

Philadelphia skyline from my roof by Philly SkyGuy, on Flickr

9.6 miles away, the lights are very noticeable with the naked eye from here

Did get a pic but have to say the 20th St facade is starting to look a lot better with the gold trim window casings.

The lighting on the crown is blue tonight. So far we've seen a colorful mix, then green, now blue. I can't wait to see it lit up red!

Idk if he's implying it exactly, but it sounds like the Penthouse might have been sold

He's mainly a realtor now.

Also, disgraced seems a bit harsh, are you referring to him getting roofied?
