My vote is still on the side that the image you shared is a low-res placeholder. The article states the building "will utilize a mass-timber structure and be clad in a steel structure façade." This language is more aligned with the renderings originally presented to the committee. In addition, the image you shared doesn't reflect the 5th floor that will be added to 871 N. Franklin Street.

We'll just have to wait and see..
