This house in North York is fine, but I find the top section unnecessarily awkward. I'd take this house over what was there before but if they renovated the previous one and put a new facade on it, then I think I'd prefer the old one.
And I wonder why they got rid of the hedges and one of the trees. Sometimes it's as simple as "Get rid of it. It's in the way.". That's what I imagine the flipper/developer said because it's not his house and they had to constantly go back and forth with construction material. Also, there's no railing on the porch. Would be ideal, especially in a place that has winter.
