DAYTONA BEACH | 500 Atlantic | FT | 32 FLOORS

500 Atlantic

The project is the project on the right (the taller one) the project on the left was recently completed.

Featuring open flowing floor plans and luxury appointments
throughout, 500 Atlantic’s seaside salons, condominiums
and world-class penthouses offer an experience unlike any
other. On the ground and on high, two grand decks provide
unique ocean views and two resort-style
pools, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Juice
Bar and Lounge, a yoga and dance studio,
game and media rooms, and even an area for
private wine storage.

Joined on the second floor via an enclosed
walking bridge, the 4-star Daytona Grande
Hotel offers upscale dining, room service and
housekeeping to all 500 Atlantic residents.
With the Daytona Beach International Airport
only 15 minutes away and the excitement of
Daytona Beach at your doorstep, every need
and want is right at hand.
However, this project is on hold due to what some articles say as financial issues.

However, recent news says the property is now under condemnation order because of the on-hold state of the project. Buyers are a bit worried, to say the least. The developers did finish the other tower in the development which is a 4-star hotel.

The site regains permits, but inspections loom. This project is apparently moving forward again!
