I can’t wait til this is done . I think from this view we may only have a year to see one Bennett park . I believe the vista tower may block this a lil
From that exact vantage, you should still be able to see the top portion/crown of OBP. The shortest, easterly setback of Vista will be about 100' taller than the Regatta, and be located directly north of The Shoreham (although since the above photo is at an angled vantage, it will appear behind and to the left of The Shoreham). The central core will rise over Field Blvd, and in this photo appear roughly between OBP's west wall and the tower crane.

You might be able to see a sliver of OBP from this vantage once Vista is complete!
^ Should be approaching the 60th floor, so roughly about 8 left. The top penthouse units (67th and 68th floors) plus the crown are going to be about 65 ft in height however, so it should rise another 120' - 130' from its current height before its topped out.
^ There have been a few proposals for it in the past, none of which have materialized. Parking lots downtown have been disappearing at a steady clip, so I would imagine this one will be a goner sooner rather than later.
I'd be worried about how many corners were cut if they managed to top out before Christmas. Unless the renderings exaggerated the height, this still has a ways to go.
I have a feeling the top 11 or so floors/crown are going to slow things down a bit because of all the different odd setbacks and floorheights. Anyone agree?
The crown on its own will be the equivalent height of about 3 floors above the top habitable floor. That alone will take some time since the concrete would need to be poured in stages.
