The signs claim that they're enforced by camera, but I'm skeptical that many people actually get tickets from driving in it.

Yeah, I've never gotten a ticket from driving on the Delancey St lanes, or any bus lane for that matter (although I rarely use a sign-enforced bus lane for more than a block or two, mainly to make a right turn). But according to this article, the cameras & the tickets they generate exist:
