I know the historic building is being renovated, but has Hilton signed on ? Also, is this one of the sites vying for the convention center or had this developer been selected to build it ?

I lived in Lincoln for college and have always felt it was only a matter of time before the city exploded. Lincoln is very much a hidden gem and these types of projects are about to put it on the map.
