And if I recall correctly, that will remain the tallest building in Camden, even after these are completed.

That is a postcard picture of a building for sure. Real nice job vandelay. And thanks for posting it. It’s nice to appreciate.

This building is having the same sight line effects on East Market as the Summit (34th & Lancaster) had on JFK Blvd. Pretty nifty.

Probably the wrong thread but yesterday , ( Friday ) there was a news report that Subaru has opened
it's new headquarters building in Camden and that there was an assumption that would result in 500/600
jobs over a period of time ...... Not sure how many of that number would be NEW jobs or just transfers
from Cherry Hill . I'm sure someone has the details , I just don't know if it will be made public .

You can see the new Camden building rising as you look east on Market St in Philadelphia.

Now that dirt is moving at the apartment building site, you can really feel how much that area is going to change. I hope they find a more productive use for the Campbell’s field site than athletic fields

Such a damn shame they can't find something that makes sense for that field.

While not normally one for sitting on land, I wish they let this sit until demand for a real tower arises. Something more akin to the original Stern designs (though they were likely always pipe dreams). They should fix the issue and let there be athletic fields here: http://www.philly.com/philly/news/ne...-20180406.html Or on other lan.d

It’s not Jersey City, but it’s better than nothing I suppose!

I got back to Penn's Landing, and it was great to be back. This building definitely made it feel new. Like Camden's really growing and it has this skyscraper to show for it now.

I went to Sail Philadelphia on its first two days, for the Parade and for a few tours. I took dozens of photos, including these, which feature the building.
