pretty sure that's the plan as of right now, i think thats just a part of later phases

The two buildings in the middle (an apartment tower and a hotel) are under construction. The greyed-out buildings on the right are what they announced are moving forward as an entertainment district to open prior to the 2026 World Cup. They filed the first building permit this week.
