Suggestion for Reviving the Indiana Tower

Do you think that the Indiana Tower in Indianapolis that was proposed in the early 1980's will ever be constructed. I feel that it should be built as it would be an iconic landmark and major tourist attraction for Indianapolis in the same way as the Space Needle in Seattle or the Gateway Arch in St.Louis. People should go to city hall to convince the city to encourage the developers to have the tower built.

Erm...didn't you post this exact same thread somewhere on SSP awhile back?
