That's a lot of glass on the roof for Vegas. It looks nice though.

I like the dark nature of it. Suits the Raiders logo, plus it stands out amidst the tan and saturated brightness of the area.

Just to give a sense on how fast this is moving, excavation isn't even half way done and they are already mobilizing caisson equipment.

Screen grab from the webcam

Other than the addition of the roof I'm trying to figure out what has changed with the design since it was originally proposed in Carson. I know Vegas is already Vegas but I'm surprised there's not a bunch of development being proposed with this like there is in Inglewood. I know they're already battling parking issues but I'd think an entertainment complex around the facility would be proposed. Granted Davis doesn't have as much money as Kroenke. It's funny how there's been all these hurdles that were supposedly going to prevent this stadium from getting off the ground yet so far none of that has ever come to fruition.

Stadium looks like a black hole from outerspace. Suitable design for a city that is a black hole of vapidness.

its raiders-esque sure, but eh.

and then the whole idea of the supreme court allowing the expansion of sports book gambling ...

and now the nfl in the literal gambling capital?

i mean the future of pro sports in general in the usa is pretty much rigged and ruined.
