Yikes, not a fan of fultonization encroachment east of the expressway!
Antunovich is always so eminently capable of disappointment.....occasionally you get the pleasant surprise, but not much more.
On the other hand, I like 800 W. Lake.....if for no other reason, its decidedly anti-fultonized stance. Really important to have a good flow of quality design at least interspersed among everything else around Fulton, to keep it from being a throwaway 'disneyfied' district from an aesthetic perspective and send a signal (to developers as well as design professionals) that the neighborhood remains open to meaningful architecture from real architects.
