In the current Vancouver context, usually glass, but originally, it referred to panels above/below windows (like on art deco buildings and the like) of any material.

Not sure if there's a recess for a light strip at the base of the left side fin (see rendering on hoarding),
so wondering how that will be installed.

The steel structure at the south side of the roof doesn't sem to wrap around to the Seymour side.

But that rendering seems to show the area being open to the sky behind the curtain wall.
