Really looking forward to this thing going up. Those pre-cast panels look amazing.

Me too, with Vancouver House topped out now this is my most anticipated project for Vancouver.

I will be sure to update this thread as it progresses.

Wow. That's gorgeous. I actually like it a lot. I'm glad to see it's moving forward. It reminds me of Marina City a little bit. Not exactly, but I like that "shell like" facade.

It will be the third tallest for Vancouver proper.

It will be around the 10th tallest in the Metro area.

Getting closer to construction (SSP's definition of construction) I think they've gone down as far as they're going to go, and a crane won't be far off.

Nice. I had forgotten about this one. Will be a treat to watch it rise.

^ Once we see foundation work in place (rebar, concrete), we'll move to under construction. Thems the rules. Keep us updated and one of us mods will move it over. Glad to see this one progressing! That's one deep pit!

Looks like something from Gieger but I like it. Now, what I want to know is why it presents so dominantly on the skyline. I mean, I'm assuming elevation and was that factored in to the design?

Elevation is a factor, it essentially sits on the highest point of the downtown peninsula.

Good to see projects moving forward even with areas being quarantined all around the world.

Yeah, it’s nice to have a few distractions from what is currently going on. Construction is still allowed in Vancouver / BC.
