That design would look much better if the slimmer part went another 100 feet up :/

This building fills an important gap in that streetscape, and I believe the podium has liner apartments on the north face. Not a stellar design in any sense, but a good development for what it adds to the area.

Base of the tower crane is in place and it appears the may it being poured.

Including this and others its size or bigger under construction, how many 500 foot tall buildings do we have? I feel like it's a lot.
