Looks like the transfer slab big pour may have finally started.

KING Toronto | 57.6m | 16s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group l u/c

Quite the view from west of the financial district: top centre is the Garrison Point cluster, top right is the Humber Bay skyline and in the distance is Mississauga.

Another great angle from the same forum member: far left is The Taylor u/c just in front of The Well office tower. Left centre are The Well’s residential midrises on Wellington Street with the residential towers starting to rise behind (@ 46s, 39s, 22s).

This is really interesting, but I can't imagine how they could ever get enough revenue for it to make financial sense unless they charged crazy entrance fees. I guess it could be enough of a tourist attraction that people would pay to spend all day, like at a Spa or something. It might make more sense if it had a hotel built into it. Probably not for me, but maybe some people would find it enough of an experience to fork out some big bucks.

Are those Waterworks Building interior shots renderings or finished product?

It's 1/3 the size, so not really. perhaps a better comparison is that it's Chicago with the growth rates of Dallas, and a lot of that growth happens in the city instead of entirely in the suburbs.
