Ooof, that was clunky. And leaving that little 4 story wedge building was no good either.

Solar, the wall in that picture of Legacy prep looks like a future NIN album cover. Lol.

That’s actually the alley on the left where the containers and dumpster are, right?

Is that remaining open as an alley?

Are they bricking up all those windows. Seems alittle pointless unless its for noise or energy saving?

If I am not mistaken, it is for current fire code. There has to be a certain distance between any windows and the next structure. If it is closer than that distance it needs a fire rating and that is normally brick.

Where will the caisson rigs show up first, here or BMO?

Place your bets now.

I'm taking BMO, end of next week at latest, maybe even this weekend. Not sure what they're doing with the brick here.

I'm actually surprised caisson rigs didn't roll-up last week here. Maybe just waiting for loan to close? Or some other minor site/logistical issue to be finalized over a week or two? Should be any day now....

Curious as well. There is some sort of hold-up here. Permit issue?
Loan hasn't closed yet? (that would surprise me though, as I'd have expected the loan for this one to close right before they commenced demo)
Something else?
